Marriage Biodata Making provides a digital platform that allows users to create, customize, and download marriage biodatas. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Download limit: maximum 20 downloads per biodata
- Validity period: upto page refresh from biodata creation
- User data may be stored temporarily for service delivery and business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice
3. User Responsibilities & Obligations
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, completeness, legality, and correctness of all information provided
- Obtaining proper rights and permissions for any uploaded photographs or content
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights
- Verifying all biodata details before finalizing creation (name fields cannot be changed after creation)
- Maintaining confidentiality and appropriate use of downloaded biodatas
- Any technical issues related to your device, internet connection, or compatibility
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All templates, designs, layouts, features, content, and functionality available on this website are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service strictly for personal marriage biodata creation purposes.
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our templates or service
- Use the service for commercial or resale purposes without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or watermarks

For claims under ₹1,00,000, you agree to binding arbitration in Maharashtra, India. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
